Amrita Vidyalayam, Rameswaram observed World Youth Skills Day with an inspiring AYUDH session by Shri Sankar, AYUDH Coordinator, highlighting the importance of skill development. Smt. Thamilselvi introduced students to Computer Programming and Cyber Security, sparking curiosity and awareness about essential digital competencies for the future.

The KG Department of Amrita Vidyalayam, Ramanathapuram celebrated Colors Day with great excitement and joy. The event aimed to help young children learn to recognize, appreciate, and differentiate colors through fun-filled activities.

An inspiring AYUDH session was conducted at Amrita Vidyalayam Rameswaram by Bri. Gunatitamrita, Bri. Chidroopaamrita Chaitanya and Bri. Swathi. The session enriched students with spiritual values, leadership insights and practical guidance, motivating them to grow with confidence, compassion and responsibility. It offered meaningful learning beyond academics.

Dhruvil Vishwakarma, a class 1A student at Amrita Vidyalayam, Hyderabad has secured two gold medals in the esteemed All India Open Karate Championship. With his committed and fierce attitude he contested and won the competition, creating a proud moment for Amrita.

His great technique, discipline, and confidence had to compete with many others from around the nation, proving his capabilities by getting placed at the top positions in both Kata and Sparring categories.

The pre-primary students of Amrita Vidyalayam, Lucknow filled the stage with joy and creativity, presenting the beautiful theme “Little Hands of Kindness.”

The celebration began with the traditional lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the light of kindness. The young performers impressed everyone with a dance performance on “Kaam Ache Ho Hamare,” followed by a skit based on Gautam Buddha’s childhood, sharing the message of compassion. Vedansh delivered a heartfelt speech on kindness, reminding everyone of its importance.

Children’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and delight at Amrita Vidyalayam Edappally on November 14. The entire campus was filled with joy, excitement, and the vibrant energy of children eagerly looking forward to the special day.

The programme commenced with a soulful prayer, creating a serene and positive atmosphere. As part of the morning assembly, a meaningful Children’s Day speech was delivered by Teacher Anna Poorni, followed by an inspiring speech by student Hari Govind. Their heartfelt words added depth and significance to the celebration.

On account of the 90th birthday of Padmashri Dr. D. Y. Patil, an Interschool Drawing Competition was organized on 13th October 2025. Amrita Vidyalayam students participated with great enthusiasm and showcased their creativity. Tanusree Girish secured the 1st prize, Shreya Gore won the 2nd prize, and Dhanashree Solkar bagged the 3rd prize. Consolation prizes were awarded to Riya Kamathe, Abhilasha Loat, Samarth Khyade, Prajakta Bhagat all from Std XI and Samruddhi Kholamkar from Std XII.

Amrita Vidyalayam Pathanamthitta proudly celebrates the outstanding achievement of Priyananda Pradeep of Class X, who secured first place with an A grade in the Malayalam Extempore competition at the CBSE State Kalotsav. Her remarkable performance demonstrated exceptional confidence, clarity of thought, and mastery of the language. Priyananda’s dedication, hard work, and strong oratory skills truly set her apart, bringing honour and pride to our school. We wholeheartedly appreciate her commitment and applaud her well-deserved accomplishment.

The students of Grades VIII, IX, and XI participated enthusiastically in the AYUDH – Amrita Yuva Dharmadhara Orientation Session, a vibrant and enlightening program designed to awaken the spirit of selfless service, compassion, and leadership among the youth.

The session was led by Bri. Veda Vedyamrita Chaitanya, Kasaragod Ashram in-charge, National AYUDH Coordinator, and one of the senior-most disciples of Amma (Mata Amritanandamayi Devi), along with Mr. Vivek Vijayan, National Coordination Committee Member, and Mr. Hari Vijayan, Program Associate of AYUDH.

Chinmaya Mission had conducted a Geeta Chanting Competition (Chapter 15) in the month of September. Around 350 students from Nursery to Std. XII participated with great enthusiasm and devotion. The competition aimed to inspire students to understand the values and teachings of the Bhagavad Gita while developing confidence and clarity in chanting.

Our school was honored with the 2nd prize for maximum participation. The dedicated efforts of our students were appreciated by everyone.
