The celebration began with the traditional lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the light of kindness. The young performers impressed everyone with a dance performance on “Kaam Ache Ho Hamare,” followed by a skit based on Gautam Buddha’s childhood, sharing the message of compassion. On account of the 90th birthday of Padmashri Dr. D. Y. Patil, an Interschool Drawing Competition was organized on 13th October 2025. Amrita Vidyalayam students participated with great enthusiasm and showcased their creativity. Tanusree Girish secured the 1st prize, Shreya Gore won the 2nd prize, and Dhanashree Solkar bagged the 3rd prize. Consolation prizes were awarded to Riya Kamathe, Abhilasha Loat, Samarth Khyade, Prajakta Bhagat all from Std XI and Samruddhi Kholamkar from Std XII.

Chinmaya Mission had conducted a Geeta Chanting Competition (Chapter 15) in the month of September. Around 350 students from Nursery to Std. XII participated with great enthusiasm and devotion. The competition aimed to inspire students to understand the values and teachings of the Bhagavad Gita while developing confidence and clarity in chanting.

Our school was honored with the 2nd prize for maximum participation. The dedicated efforts of our students were appreciated by everyone.
