Pathanamthitta

Kerala Piravi, celebrated on November 1, commemorates the formation of Kerala State in 1956 and highlights the state's rich cultural heritage, including its art and literature. The 68th Kerala Piravi Day was observed at our school by the Department of Malayalam. The program provided an opportunity to remember and honour our mother tongue and homeland. It began with a prayer song, followed by a speech discussing Kerala's formation and progress. Students recited Malayalam poems that emphasised the significance of the mother tongue and motherland. Various activities were organized, including placard presentations, bulletin board decorations, quizzes, and drawing competitions.Kerala Piravi celebration reminds students of the prosperity and unity of the state of Kerala, and it was an informative and entertaining program.
