Amrita Vidyalayam, Pathanamthitta, enthusiastically observed Dolphin Conservation Day to raise awareness about the importance of protecting dolphins and their marine habitats. The event featured a variety of engaging activities, including a painting competition in which students creatively depicted the beauty of dolphins in their natural environments. A student-led rally was held, with participants carrying placards and banners that conveyed key messages about marine conservation. As part of the program, students also took a pledge to reduce plastic usage and promote eco-friendly practices in support of marine life. Additionally, a video screening helped students understand the threats dolphins face and the urgent need for conservation efforts. The celebration served as a powerful platform to educate and inspire students to become responsible stewards of the environment, contributing to a future where dolphins and all marine life can thrive.
