Milk day was celebrated with great excitement at the Pre_Primary section on 18’thJune 25.Students were asked to come dressed in cream colour and teachers were dressed up in similar colours too.

To raise awareness about the importance of Milk and dairy products in our daily lives Mrs.Preetha gave a small talk and showed them different milk products, which children brought from their home.They were also shown different pictures of milk products.They did an activity of making icecream with cotton.

International Yoga Day was celebrated with serenity in Amriteswari Hall, where children practiced yoga under the expert guidance of Mr. Sreekumar.

Students of III and IV std enthusiastically celebrated Bicycle Day by decorating their bicycles with vibrant colors and creative designs. They took memorable photos and shared them with their peers and teachers.
Bicycle Day promotes eco-friendliness, sustainability, and physical activity among children. It encourages creativity, self-expression, and a sense of responsibility towards their vehicles. The event was a huge success, fostering joy among the students.

Amrita Vidyalayam, Edappally, proudly celebrated World Bicycle Day on June 3, 2025, with enthusiasm and active participation from students. The event aimed to highlight the importance of cycling as a healthy, environment-friendly mode of transport and to promote physical fitness among young learners.

The reopening of school for UKG students at Amrita Vidyalayam took place on 4th June at 9:00 a.m., marking the beginning of a new academic year. The young learners were warmly welcomed by the teachers with traditional aarti and personalized welcome cards, creating a joyful and auspicious environment. The event began with excitement and enthusiasm, setting a positive tone for the year ahead.

 Our school conducted the Investiture Ceremony 2025 with pride and solemnity. The event began with a warm welcome, followed by Principal Ma’am adorning the School Leaders with sashes, symbolizing their new responsibilities. House Captains were honoured by their House In-charge Teachers, adding to the grandeur.

The leaders took the Oath of Office, pledging loyalty and service. The signing of the Leadership Pledge marked a solemn commitment to their roles. The ceremony reflected the school’s dedication to shaping responsible, visionary leaders of tomorrow.

Our school joyfully welcomed its youngest learners through the Vidyarambham ceremony, blending tradition and warmth. Guided by our esteemed retired teachers, each child traced their first letters, ‘Harishree’, on sacred akshatam plates—marking the beginning of their learning journey. Principal Ma offered blessings and prasad, while Class 12 students gifted tokens of love to the kids. Academic Advisor Rohini Ma and Principal Ma handed over diaries and balloons, lighting up little faces with joy. The day beautifully celebrated the spirit of learning, bonding, and new beginnings.

The reopening day proved to be a cheerful and memorable occasion, leaving the students feeling happy, special, and eager for the year ahead.

The day commenced with a special Assembly where students shared insightful views on child Labour. Students actively participated in the event and raised awareness about child labour.  A paper collage making competition was organized among Grade VII & VII students to raise awareness about child labour and crucial issues

The school reopened for the new academic year on 2nd June 2025, Monday. The Students of Class X & XII gave a warm Welcome to all the students. The event was marked with great excitement and delight among students, teachers, and the entire staff.
