"Republic Day, celebrated on 26th January, marks the adoption of India's Constitution in 1950. This historic day honours our nation's transition to a democratic republic, upholding values of equality, justice, and freedom. Our school, Amrita Vidyalayam, Pathanamthitta, celebrated Republic Day with great enthusiasm and patriotism. 

Amrita Vidyalayam, Pathanamthitta, successfully conducted Pariksha Pe Charcha on 10th February 2025. This is a unique interactive program where the Honourable Prime Minister of India interacts with students, teachers, and parents across the country to discuss exam stress and how to handle it in a positive and confident manner. The program was attended by teachers, students, parents, and other staff members of our school. Everyone actively participated and listened attentively to the valuable advice and motivational messages shared during the session.

The Amrita Cultural Fest (ACF) 2025, titled “Teens Sparkles”, was conducted on 7th February 2025 at the Ashramam Hall with great enthusiasm and excitement. The event commenced at with a soulful prayer by the school choir, setting a serene and positive tone for the day. Following this, Kumari Krishnapriya Vinod Pillai, the School Head Girl, delivered the welcome speech, expressing her gratitude to the dignitaries, teachers, and students. The Chief Guest, Shri.

The much-awaited Amrita Cultural Fest 2024-25, titled Kiddies Sparkles, was held on February 1, 2025, at Amrita Vidyalayam, Pathanamthitta. This vibrant event showcased the talents of students from Pre-KG to Class 4 and was a delightful celebration of creativity and enthusiasm.

The School of Physical Sciences, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri Campus, organized a prestigious National Level Science Fest titled SciNQuest-2025 at Amrita Vidyalayam, Pathanamthitta on January 11, 2025.

The major highlights of the fest included three key segments:

1. BrainQuest – The Science Quiz

2. MathQuest – The Mathematics Quiz

3. FutureQuest – A dynamic science exhibition-cum-competition

On January 20, 2025, our kindergarten section celebrated all colours day with great enthusiasm. Students brought an assortment of colourful fruits, vegetables, and cutouts. Some students confidently shared information about the fruits and vegetables they brought, demonstrating their communication skills. The students decorated the bulletin board with vibrant pictures of fruits and vegetables, creating a visually appealing display.

Academic Mentor Ms. Kavita Sudheer of All Kerala Vidyalayams conducted class observations on December 20, 23, and 24, 2024. During these sessions, each teacher demonstrated commendable subject knowledge and effective teaching strategies. The lessons were well-planned and delivered with clarity, making the concepts easily understandable for the students. Classroom management was handled efficiently, ensuring a disciplined and interactive learning environment. The teacher actively engaged the students through questioning and encouraged participation, fostering critical thinking.

On the occasion of New Year Day, a cake distribution event was organized at our school to mark the beginning of 2025 with joy and togetherness. The event was held on January 1st in the school premises. Students and staff gathered enthusiastically to participate in the celebration. The Head of the Institution addressed the gathering with a New Year message, wishing everyone a successful and peaceful year ahead. Cake was distributed to all students, teachers, and non-teaching staff, spreading happiness and festive cheer.

Our school's annual day celebrations, themed "Bodhika," were a resounding success. The event commenced with a prayer, Ranga Pooja, and a devotional address by Sampoojya Swami Amritagitanandapuriji.
