As part of our cultural enrichment initiatives, Amrita Vidyalayam Pathanamthitta celebrated Ramayana Day with great devotion and enthusiasm. The event aimed to introduce students to the timeless values and teachings of the epic Ramayana, fostering moral education and cultural awareness.

The day commenced with a Ramayana Vayana, during which verses from the Ramayana were recited alongside insightful explanations, aiding students in grasping the deeper meanings behind each shloka. A delightful Character Dress-Up event was organized for students from Pre-KG to Standard 2, where the young participants enthusiastically donned costumes representing characters from the Ramayana, effectively bringing the epic to life. Furthermore, a video presentation of selected Ramayana stories enriched students' understanding through engaging visual narratives.

The celebration beautifully set the tone for Ramayana Month, instilling spiritual values and emphasizing virtues such as truth, duty, devotion, and righteousness.
