The 78th Independence Day celebration at Amrita Vidyalayam Puthiyakavu was graced by the presence of Shri. Shameer, Sub Inspector of Karunagappally, as the Chief Guest. Despite his busy schedule, he took time to address the students on the pressing issues of drug addiction and the legal protections available to safeguard their rights. Shri. Shameer hoisted the national flag with pride and received the salute during the March Past by the four houses—Amritamayi, Anandamayi, Chinmayi, and Jyothirmayi.
