Navaratri is a major Hindu festival celebrated over nine nights (Navaratri means "nine nights") in honor of the divine feminine, the Devi. It is a time of spiritual reflection, fasting, dancing, feasting, and devotion. During Navaratri, students observe perform puja (worship) to the Devi, and chant mantras.
