The World Population Day was celebrated at Amrita Vidyalayam Kuthuparamba with great enthusiasm. The celebration took place at the School Assembly. The main objective of the event was to raise awareness among students about the challenges of overpopulation and the importance of sustainable development. A special morning assembly was conducted where students of Class 7 delivered an informative speech. They highlighted the history and significance of World Population Day, stressing the urgent need for population control and its effects on resources, environment, and quality of life.

 As part of the celebration, a creative and informative bulletin board display was set up on the main stage. Additionally, a chart preparation activity was held in which Class 7 students enthusiastically participated. The theme for the charts was "Population and Environment." The colourful and thought-provoking charts effectively conveyed the message and deepened students’ understanding of the topic. The celebration concluded successfully, having created meaningful awareness among the students.
