To provide value-based education and mould the character of the younger generation through a system of wholesome learning, so that the earnest endeavour to achieve progress and prosperity in life is matched by an ardent desire to extend selfless service to society, one complementing the other.

As part of the Desh Ka Prakriti Pareekshan Campaign, launched by the Ministry of AYUSH and implemented by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine, Amrita Vidyalayam, Pathanamthitta, hosted an insightful session on 9th December 2024.
The campaign was organized by Dr. Meera S, Assistant Professor in the Department of Swasthavritta, Amrita School of Ayurveda, and Dr. Darsana V. S., PG Scholar in the Department of Swasthavritta, Amrita School of Ayurveda. The event aimed to raise awareness about the importance of understanding one’s natural constitution (Prakriti) for better health and wellness.
Students actively participated in the session, gaining valuable insights into Ayurvedic principles and their relevance to modern health practices. This initiative not only promoted holistic health awareness but also encouraged students to explore the integration of traditional Indian wisdom with contemporary wellness strategies.
The event was a step towards fostering a deeper understanding of health and wellbeing in alignment with Ayurveda's timeless teachings.
