The day’s activities were designed to highlight the profound benefits of yoga for the body, mind, and spirit. Students and staff actively participated in a guided yoga session, performing asana that improve flexibility, build strength, and enhance overall physical fitness. Breathing exercises and meditation techniques were also practiced, emphasizing yoga’s role in reducing stress, improving focus, and fostering mental clarity.
