Highlighting the theme of the year, International Yoga Day was observed on 21st June in our school ,to emphasize the importance of yoga in achieving holistic well- being .The programme was inaugurated by Sri.B.C.Kutty, retd.Colonel, presided by our principal, Sri.Pranav Anil Kumar and felicitated by the Head of Mata Amritanandamayi Math, Manjeri, Swamini Varadamritaprana.
The speakers imparted awareness in students and staff , on the benefits of yoga for physical, mental and spiritual harmony and healthy living.Dr.Ravi Kumar instructed and led the yoga session that followed
