In a serene and spiritually uplifting atmosphere, Amrita Vidyalayam, Bengaluru celebrated the International Day of Yoga 2025 with devotion, discipline, and vibrant energy.
The event commenced with the Lighting of the Lamp, graced by the divine presence of Brahmachari Atmaniratamrita Chaitanya, Brahmacharini Aradhanamrta Chaitanya Amma, Principal Smt. Chethana J, College Principal, Smt.Pallavi Shetty, and honoured guest Dr. Malini.
Students were led into a synchronised session of Amrita Yoga and Surya Namaskara, under the graceful guidance of School Manager Brahmacharini Aradhanamrta Chaitanya Amma, embodying mindfulness, harmony, and inner strength.
This year’s theme, “Yoga for One Earth, One Health,” was beautifully conveyed through a brief motivational talk, highlighting the deep connection between human well-being and environmental harmony.
Brahmachari Atmaniratamrita Chaitanya inspired all with a talk on the transformative power of yoga, encouraging a life anchored in peace, focus, and awareness.
As the event drew to a close, a soulful musical tribute by the school’s music team marked the occasion of World Music Day, followed by the distribution of Prasada, symbolising unity, gratitude, and spiritual fulfillment.
