On June 21, 2025, Amrita Vidyalayam, Pandalam observed International Yoga Day with great energy and spirit. The special guest for the day was Dr. Sajeev Panchakailasi, a renowned yoga practitioner and wellness expert, who inspired the students with an engaging talk on the importance of yoga in daily life.
The celebration began with a serene invocation followed by a yoga demonstration led by students from various classes. They showcased different Yoga Asanas with confidence and discipline, spreading the message of harmony between mind and body.
