To honour the birth of Srinivasa Ramanujan a renowned Indian mathematician, and to spread awareness about the importance of mathematics and its contribution to humanity, we observe National Mathematics Day.

Mahashivaratri will be celebrated at Amrita Vidyalayam, Thoothukudi, on February 26. The event will honour Lord Shiva with prayers, rituals, and fasting.
