Amrita Vidyalayam, Navi Mumbai, celebrated Presentation Day on 21st December 2024, with a memorable event honouring the achievements of students, faculty, and the school community. The occasion was graced by the Chief Guest, Dr. Sanjay V. Deshmukh, former Vice Chancellor of Mumbai University, the Guest of Honour, Swami Avyayamritananda Puriji, and the School Administrator, Brni. Sharanyamrita Chaitanyaji.

A one-day capacity-building program on Cyber Safety and Security was organized on December 31, 2024 at Amrita Vidyalayam for all teaching staff. The resource persons for the program were Mr. Avinash Kulkarni, Principal of Ramsheth Thakur Public School, and Mrs. Rashmi Singh, Principal of Podar International School. 

The program, held from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, provided valuable insights into cyber safety. The sessions were packed with informative content, offering clear guidance on the dos and don’ts of navigating the digital and cyberspace responsibly.

The joyous festival of Christmas was celebrated with great enthusiasm and zeal on 19th December 2024. The school premises were beautifully adorned with festive decorations, creating an atmosphere of warmth and cheer that embodied the true spirit of Christmas. The celebration aimed to spread joy, foster unity among students, and reflect on the values of love, generosity, and togetherness. A variety of performances and activities were thoughtfully organized, making the day truly memorable for both students and teachers.

Amrita Vidyalayam Kuthuparamba celebrated Annual Day on Friday, January 10, 2025, at the school premises with great enthusiasm and joy. The event commenced at 9:30 AM, marking a day of celebration and achievement. 

The occasion was graced by the presence of Sampoojya Swami Amritakripananda Puri, the in charge of MA Math, Kannur. The Chief Guest, Sri. K.P. Mohanan, MLA of Kuthuparamba, honoured the event with his presence. The Principal of Amrita Vidyalayam, Bri. Samaradhyamrita Chaitanya, extended a warm welcome and felicitated the distinguished guests.

Amrita Vidyalayam, Perumbavoor, recently hosted an exciting two-day book fair on January 16 and 17. The event was a wonderful opportunity for our students, who enthusiastically explored and purchased a variety of books, fuelling their love for reading. Kudos to our young book enthusiasts, and heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to making this event a grand success!

Kathakali, an iconic symbol of Kerala's cultural heritage, is one of the most vibrant and expressive dance forms. With its colourful costumes, intricate masks, and captivating storytelling, it brings ancient tales to life through mesmerizing performances. 

The 17th Kathakali Mela, organized by the Pathanamthitta District Kathakali Club in Ayrur Kathakali Gramam, took place from January 6 to January 12. On January 8, 2025, our students participated in various Kathakali-themed activities, including competitions, quizzes, and insightful speeches.

The National Youth Day celebration at Amrita Vidyalayam, Kozhikode, was conducted with great enthusiasm and reverence, reflecting the teachings and ideals of Swami Vivekananda. Organized by the Class VII students, the program highlighted the significance of youth empowerment and the timeless messages of Swami Vivekananda. 

The event commenced with an enlightening speech by Padmaja Ma’am, who eloquently explained the importance of National Youth Day and emphasized Swami Vivekananda's vision for empowering the younger generation.

Amrita Vidyalayam celebrated All Colours Day on 20th January 2025 with great enthusiasm. The event aimed to promote awareness of the importance of fruits and vegetables in a healthy diet. 

Students participated by wearing vibrant cutouts of various fruits and vegetables, adding a splash of colour to the day. Teachers explained the significance of incorporating fruits and vegetables into daily meals, highlighting their role as natural sources of essential vitamins and minerals that promote overall health.
