On 22.10.2024, Our students showcased their math skills in the recent International Maths Olympiad (IMO), competing with students from across the region and displaying a strong command of mathematical concepts.

As part of our community outreach program, we organized a food donation drive to Anbu Illam, for underprivileged children. Our aim was to provide essential nutrition and support to these deserving young ones.

On 20.09.2024, our group of students visited the historic Vadakudi Temple, located in Vadakud. The temple is dedicated to Sri Thirumeni Azhagar Temple. As part of our community service initiative, our students participated in a cleanliness drive at the temple.

Adi Shankara Day was celebrated with great fervor and devotion at Amriita Vidyalayam, Nagapattinam on 19.09.2024. The event was organized to commemorate the birth anniversary of Adi Shankaracharya, one of India's most revered spiritual leaders.

On 07.12.2024, Students exhibited their talents and skill through the mega event "Amrita Pradharsanam" . Students were enthusiastic and had a sense of responsibility.  Around 300 parents witnessed the exhibition whereas 450+ models were displayed in various categories e.g English, Tamil , Sanskrit, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Culture and Heritage, Accounts & Economics, Technology Times, Art & Craft and the exhibits were evaluated by 4 judges. Students got a platform to showcase their interest as unique projects.

Amma's 71st birthday celebration was held at our school today at 9 a.m., attended by teachers, parents, and their children. The event began with the school’s Principal, Mr. K. Chinnaiyan, lighting the ceremonial lamp, followed by Amma's Pada Pooja and bhajans. Teachers delivered speeches, sharing Amma's autobiography, her various projects, and achievements with the students.
