Rabindra Jayanti 2021
On 9th May, Rabindra Jayanti was celebrated with students participating in Rabindra Sangeet, dance-based on Rabindra Sangeet, and recitation for primary classes. In addition, there was a fast reading competition for secondary and senior secondary classes. The response from our students was very good. Almost all the students of all classes participated in at least one competition, which made the whole event successful.
Amrita Fest 2021-June 2-6
Amrita Fest is the perfect blend of values along with artistic and linguistic activities to boost the morale of students as well as parents in this pandemic time. The Fest began on June 2nd with Bhagavat Gita chanting competition for classes V and VI, followed by Medha Suktam for classes I and II. The artistic skills of our students were allowed to take shape through clay modeling on June 3rd. A short storytelling competition was also held for primary classes. Speech, “Just a minute” was held on June 4th for middle school students.
International Yoga Day Celebration 2021
The International Yoga Day celebration 2021 was a grand success as the students participated with complete enthusiasm in the yoga postures as per the guidelines of the Ministry of AYUSH. The whole environment at home was charged as even the family members joined in the event.
National Doctors Day – July 1, 2021
On National Doctors Day, our Kindergarten students offered their gratitude to doctors and other frontline workers for their tireless service rendered during the ongoing pandemic.
Guru Purnima Celebration 2021
On 24th July 2021, the Gurupurnima celebration along with Sanskriti puja was held with all the students participating from their homes, making it a grand success. This also included the distribution of rice for the nearby tribal people.
Valmiki Jayanthi 2024
Valmiki Jayanthi was celebrated at Amrita Vidyalayam, Davangere on October 28, 2023 with tremendous enthusiasm and fervour, with the benevolent blessings of our esteemed leaders, Director Bri Aradhanamrita Chaitanya, and Administrative Director Shri Kotreshappa. The event was also graced by the presence of dignitaries such as Shri Vivek N.C., Principal of Amrita PU College and Shri Nandish Rao Puthali, Administrator, as well as Smt. Prathibha N. and Shri Prateek H.S., the Principal and Vice-principal of Amrita Vidyalayam.

Gurupurnima Celebrations 2024

Guru Poornima was celebrated with great devotion and dedication on July 21, 2024. The entire program was conducted by Brni Aradhanamrita Chaitanyaji, who infused the event with grace and love.
Kannada Rajyotsava Celebration
On November 9th, Amrita Vidyalayam celebrated Kannada Rajyotsava with immense pride and patriotism. The event was graced by Dr. Vivek NC, Principal of Amrita PU College, along with the Principal and Vice Principal of Amrita Vidyalayam. The program commenced with a floral offering to the lotus feet of our beloved Amma, symbolizing reverence and devotion.
Flameless Cooking Competition
The Flameless Cooking Competition at Amrita Vidyalayam was a lively and innovative event that encouraged students to showcase their culinary skills without the use of fire. Students from grades 6 to 10 participated enthusiastically, bringing creative dishes that highlighted their talent and imagination.
