The birth of Lord Krishna, Janmashtami, was celebrated with great joy and devotion in our school, transforming the campus into a vibrant scene of colors, culture, and spirituality.

The festivities began with a special assembly where students shared the story of Lord Krishna’s birth and his teachings through skits, narrations, and bhajans. Dressed as little Krishnas and Radhas, our young learners brought the divine characters to life with charm and innocence.

The spirit of Kerala’s most beloved festival, Onam, came alive in our school on 13th September 2024 with a colorful and joyous celebration that brought together tradition, unity, and festivity!

The event began with the graceful Pookalam (floral rangoli) competition, where students beautifully arranged flowers into intricate patterns, filling the atmosphere with fragrance and vibrant colors. Dressed in traditional attire, students and teachers alike embraced the cultural essence of the day.

Amrita Vidyalayam, Kanhangad, celebrated the UKG Convocation Ceremony on March 25, 2025, marking a significant milestone for our young graduates. The event began with the sacred lamp lighting and prayer led by Br Vedavedyamrita Chaitanya followed by a welcome speech.

The ceremony was inaugurated by Mr. Sreekumar, Head of the Agriculture Department, Padannakkadi, who added dignity to the occasion. Swamiji's inspiring address motivated everyone, while speeches by Devanshi and Diya Lekshmi brought a special charm.

The 15th of August was celebrated in our school with great pride, enthusiasm, and patriotic fervor, as students and staff came together to honor India’s 78th Independence Day.

The celebration began with the ceremonial flag hoisting by our Chief Guest Retired Subedar Major A S Venugopalan Pillai Sir, followed by the national anthem, which echoed through the school grounds, filling every heart with emotion and pride. Students participated in a vibrant march-past, showcasing discipline and unity.
