Amrita Vidyalayam Vatakara celebrated Onam with vibrant festivities. The students took part in a series of fun-filled activities, including the traditional Pookalam making, dance performances, and exciting games. The grand finale included a traditional Onam Sadhya (feast) for all staff, teachers, and students, bringing the community together to celebrate Kerala’s rich cultural heritage.

Amrita Vidyalayam Vatakara marked World Food Safety Day with engaging and informative activities led by students. The day was dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of food safety and its impact on public health.

Students participated actively by delivering speeches on various aspects of food safety, emphasizing the significance of proper handling, storage, and preparation of food to prevent contamination and ensure consumer well-being. In addition, creative chart work was displayed, showcasing innovative ideas and information related to food safety practices.

 To celebrate National Hindi Diwas, Amrita Vidyalayam Vatakara organized an event on aimed at promoting moral values and the Hindi language. Students presented a moral value skit in Hindi, followed by a special assembly conducted in Hindi. The event helped foster an appreciation for the language while also teaching important life lessons to the students. 

The kindergarten students at Amrita Vidyalayam Vatakara brought an extra dose of joy to the campus by celebrating Popcorn Day and Yellow Colour Day. Dressed in vibrant yellow attire, the little ones enjoyed making and sharing popcorn with their friends, creating a cheerful atmosphere that added to the school's spirit of community and togetherness. 

Amrita Vidyalayam Vatakara celebrated Teachers’ Day, with a special event organized by the Class 10 students. The celebration featured fun activities like musical chairs and entertaining teacher performances, which showcased deep appreciation for the dedication and hard work of the school’s faculty. The event was filled with joy and gratitude, bringing together students and teachers in a memorable way. 

Students with the Amrita Vidyalayam in Nallampalayam, Coimbatore celebrated their school’s 25th anniversary in a unique way—they set 27 world records. In honour of its academic excellence, the school hosted the Amrita Vidyalayam World Records Festival 2025 from April 3 to April 11, 2025.

The records were officially certified by Elite World Records, Asian Records Academy, India Records Academy, and the Tamilan Book of Records, under the close supervision of 27 adjudicators from 3 countries and 7 different states of India.

Our Students, Teachers and Staff p[articipated in the International Day for Yoga 2025 with full enthusiasm. the event was organised by the government of odisha. our students participated in the Yoga day observation and students presented the inaugural group song in the function. The students and teachers were presented with Yoga T Shirts.

Kindergarten Graduation Day is a joyful and heartwarming celebration that marks a significant milestone in a child's early education journey. It's a day filled with excitement, pride, and a touch of nostalgia, as young learners take their first symbolic step toward the future. Dressed in tiny caps, the children beam with happiness. The atmosphere is vibrant, decorated with colorful balloons, banners, and handmade crafts showcasing their year of learning and creativity. Proud parents, teachers, and family members gather to witness this special moment.

The Karate Colour Belt Examination is a significant event that marks each student’s progress in their martial arts journey. Held with discipline and focus, the examination tests students on various techniques, including basic stances, strikes, blocks, katas (forms), and self-defense moves.

ARUNA PRADEEP (Std 9) of Amrita Vidyalayam Thiruvalla won  INDIA BOOK OF RECORDS for breaking maximum tiles (120) by a teen single handedly and on her abdomen in one minute. Honoring Aruna Pradeep of Class IX for her scintillating performance....
