Amrita Vidyalayam Kuthuparamba celebrated Red Day with great enthusiasm on December 20, 2024, for students from Kindergarten to Second Standard. The young ones looked vibrant in their red attire, adding to the festive atmosphere of the day.

As part of the Accelerated Learning Program (ALP) from Amrita CREATE, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, UKG from Amrita Vidyalayam, Kollam, displayed their creativity and speaking confidence. They brought stories to life through a series of captivating role-play performances under the ALP Spoken English program. The students came forward in confidence to showcase their command over English language. Their short plays showed the audience the importance of great values such as unity and inclusiveness.

The School Dance Fest, held at the school auditorium, was a resounding success, showcasing our students’ immense talent and enthusiasm. This vibrant event provided a platform for students to express themselves through dance, celebrating their creativity and passion.

The festival featured various performances, with students adorned in vibrant costumes and moving harmoniously with rhythmic music. The atmosphere was electric, filled with energy, celebration, and unity.

Sree Krishna Jayanthi, the birth anniversary of Lord Krishna, was celebrated with great enthusiasm and fervour at Amrita Vidyalayam on August 23, 2024. The students and teachers came together to commemorate this auspicious occasion. To add to the festive spirit, students were dressed up as their favourite characters related to Lord Krishna.

Amrita Vidyalayam Kodungallur celebrated National Space Day with great enthusiasm, sparking curiosity and wonder about space exploration among students. Organized by the Science Department, the event provided a platform for students across all grades to delve into the mysteries of the universe and appreciate the achievements in space science.

On September 5, 2024, Amrita Vidyalayam Kodungallur observed National Teachers’ Day with great enthusiasm and heartfelt appreciation for the unwavering dedication and hard work of its teachers. The celebration brought together students and staff for a memorable day filled with gratitude, entertainment, and inspiration.

The event commenced with a prayer and welcome address delivered by Ardhra M. J. and Nandakishore A. S. of Class X, who emphasized the invaluable role teachers play in shaping students’ lives.

Amrita Vidyalayam Kodungallur commemorated National Hindi Diwas with a variety of engaging activities designed to highlight the significance of the Hindi language and its role in India’s cultural heritage.

The celebration featured several competitions and creative events, starting with a recitation program for Classes 1 to 5, where students enthusiastically recited Hindi poems and delivered speeches that illustrated the beauty and expressiveness of the language.

Amrita Vidyalayam Chavakkad celebrated International Yoga Day on June 21st with great enthusiasm. The event featured Dr. K. M. Madhu, Chief Medical Officer of Arya Vaidyasala, Kottakkal, as the chief guest. Students and teachers showcased various yoga asanas, demonstrating their commitment to health and well-being. Dr. Madhu delivered an inspiring speech on the importance of yoga in daily life.

We celebrated International Olympic Day with enthusiasm, featuring a friendly football match (Brazil vs. Argentina) among students of Classes XI and XII. Aditya N of Class XII Science and Devananda of Class IX delivered insightful speeches on the significance of the five rings in the Olympic symbol.
