Mother’s Day was celebrated with joy and gratitude on 12th July 2025 at our school. Mothers of our nursery students were warmly invited to be part of this special occasion. 

Exciting competitions like vegetable carving, Ikebana (flower arrangement), and the fun-filled “Identify Your Kid” game brought delight and enthusiasm. The cheerful participation of mothers added warmth to the celebration. 

The event concluded with a prize distribution ceremony, creating lasting memories filled with love, laughter, and appreciation for the irreplaceable role of mothers.

The serene campus of Amrita Vidyalayam, Thuckalay reverberated with spiritual energy today as the school celebrated the auspicious occasion of Sthānarōhaṇam. The celebration began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp. The event was graced by Shri Murugan, Principal of Amrita Vidyalayam, Thoothukudi, who served as the Chief Guest. In his address, he emphasized the importance of discipline, spiritual grounding, and service to society.

Amrita Vidyalayam in Mangaluru hosted an insightful Oral Hygiene Awareness Program and Dental Check-up in collaboration with Nayak’s Dental Speciality Clinic & Orthodontic Centr on July 11, 2025 . The event took place in the Amritheshwari Hall and aimed to educate students on the importance of maintaining oral health.

Amrita Vidyalayam, Mangalore conducted a Germination Activity on 27th June, giving children a hands-on experience with nature and plant life. The little ones observed the different stages of germination using sprouted seeds they had brought from home. 

They enjoyed a lively story session based on “The Little Seed” and enthusiastically participated in an action-packed Hindi rhyme on germination. The excitement grew as they watched their own sprouts turn into tiny plants – a wonderful reminder of how life begins from a single seed.
