The Fifth Maharashtra Champions Karate League 2025 was held on April 26th and 27th at Shree Mahavir Bhavan, Baramati, Pune. This exciting event was organized by the Sharayu Foundation and Baramati Karate Association as part of the Sharayu Cup.
The SOF - International Mathematics Olympiad was held in December 2024, bringing great pride to our school. From Std I to X, 5 students won the prestigious Gold Medal of Distinction, while 41 students received the Gold Medal of Excellence for their outstanding performance. Our students from Std III also made us proud in the International Social Studies Olympiad, with one winning a Gold Medal of Distinction and another receiving a Gold Medal of Excellence.
Kargil Vijay Diwas is observed in India every year on July 26th to commemorate the victory of the Indian Armed Forces over Pakistan in the 1999 Kargil War. It honors the bravery, valor, and sacrifice of the Indian soldiers who fought in the challenging terrain of the Kargil region in Jammu and Kashmir. Amrita Vidyalayam, Pathanamthitta, solemnly observed Kargil Vijay Diwas on July 26th to pay tribute to the indomitable courage and sacrifices of our armed forces.
Our students have once again made us proud with their outstanding performances in various martial arts competitions. The Pune District Kudo Association organized a District Level Kudo Tournament on 13th July 2025. In this event, Rajveer Mane of II Standard won a Gold Medal, while Sanskruti Mane of VIII Standard bagged two Gold Medals, showcasing their strength and dedication.
The World Population Day was celebrated at Amrita Vidyalayam Kuthuparamba with great enthusiasm. The celebration took place at the School Assembly. The main objective of the event was to raise awareness among students about the challenges of overpopulation and the importance of sustainable development. A special morning assembly was conducted where students of Class 7 delivered an informative speech. They highlighted the history and significance of World Population Day, stressing the urgent need for population control and its effects on resources, environment, and quality of life.
An official seminar was organized at Amrita Vidyalayam, Kuthuparamba, in observance of Youth Skills Day. The theme of the event was "Empowerment through Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Skills." The session, conducted for Class XI students, began at 2:00 PM with an introduction emphasizing the growing relevance of AI and digital skills in today’s technology-driven era. A detailed PowerPoint presentation was delivered, explaining basic AI concepts, real-life applications, and the importance of digital literacy among students.
The Kindergarten section of Amrita Vidyalayam, Kuthuparamba joyfully celebrated Chocolate and Brown Day with great enthusiasm. The event was filled with exciting activities and joyful moments for the little ones. Both students and teachers came dressed in shades of brown, adding charm to the theme of the day. A special highlight of the celebration was the adorable ramp walk, during which children participated wearing creative chocolate-themed cut-out costumes.
The solemn Investiture Ceremony began with an Invocation, invoking blessings for the newly elected leaders. The Welcome Address was delivered by a senior teacher, who extended warm greetings to the gathering.
The most awaited moment of the event was the Pinning of Badges where the elected representatives were ceremoniously adorned with badges, signifying the responsibilities entrusted to them. This was followed by the Oath-Taking Ceremony, where the student leaders pledged to uphold the values of integrity, commitment, and service.
As a part of Amritam practice our holistic value-based education initiative, Temple Bhajans form a sacred and uplifting tradition that nurtures devotion, discipline, and inner harmony in students.
On 11th July grade 10 students and teachers visited Mylara lingeshwara temple Davangere and chanted bhajans with sincerity and reverence .
Tulsi sapling was presented to the temple priest as a token of gratitude.

The auspicious occasion of Guru Poornima was celebrated with deep devotion and enthusiasm at our school on 17th July 2025. The day commenced with a soulful cultural program, featuring devotional songs, a meaningful skit, and heartfelt speeches by students, all expressing the importance of the Guru in one’s life.
The event was spiritually elevated by the divine presence of Bri. Aradhanamrita Chaitanya Amma, who conducted the Paduka Pooja ceremony. Her graceful guidance and inspiring presence created a serene and sanctified atmosphere throughout the event.
