Amrita Vidyalayam, Kuthuparamba, celebrated the Karkidaka Food Fest with great enthusiasm and cultural spirit. Students from Class 1 to Class 12 actively participated by bringing a variety of traditional dishes typically prepared during the Karkidaka month. These dishes, known for their health benefits and seasonal relevance, were displayed and shared among classmates, making the event both enjoyable and educational.

On July 22, 2025, our school celebrated Pi Approximation Day with enthusiasm and curiosity. The event was organized by the Mathematics Department to honor the significance of the Mathematical constant π (pi ≈ 22/7).
The event started with prayer followed by welcome speech delivered Devna, who warmly greeted principal teachers  and students.
Tthe principal addressed the  gathering and highlighted the importance of Mathematics in everyday life. This was followed by a brief talk on the origin and importance of Pi, and why July 22 is recognized as Pi Approximation Day.

Guru Poornima, a sacred occasion dedicated to honoring Guru AMMA, was celebrated with great devotion and spiritual fervor at our school on July 31. The celebration aimed to cultivate reverence, discipline, and gratitude toward the Guru tradition. The day began with the chanting of the Dhyanaslokam, followed by the recitation of the Ashtotharam, invoking the divine blessings of AMMA.

The event aimed to deepen students’ understanding of the mathematical constant Ï€ (Pi) and stimulate curiosity in mathematical reasoning. The celebration commenced with a welcome speech by Sriya Sinob of Class 8A, who emphasized the importance and real-life applications of Pi, setting a thoughtful tone for the day’s activities.

Honouring the bravery and sacrifice of Indian soldiers who valuantly defended our nation's sovereignty, Kargil Day was observed on 26thJuly.

A skit by 10th graders captured the eyes. Reminiscing and paying tribute to the fallen heroes, celebrated National unity, commemorating India's triumph over the Pakistani Forces in the Kargil War. Students shared their views on the Day.

Kargil Vijay Diwas is observed on 26th July every year to commemorate the victory of the Indian Armed Forces in the Kargil War of 1999. This day honors the courage and sacrifice of the brave soldiers who laid down their lives to protect the nation’s sovereignty.
To pay tribute to the heroes of the Kargil War and instill a sense of patriotism among students, on the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas. The students Presented a tableau , showcasing the victory and loss from the Kargil War and highlighting the valor of our armed forces.

The Gurupurnima celebration at our school was a serene and spiritual event as Sanskriti Pooja. School Principal Bri. Abhivandyamrita Chaitanya performed Gurupaduka Pooja on this divine occasion. Parents joined the occasion, adding warmth and grace to the atmosphere. Students offered pooja to their parents with devotion, offering flowers and prayers in a beautifully decorated setting. The chanting of mantras and the aroma of incense created a truly holy ambiance. Bri.Satvikamrita Chaitanyaji’s satsang was real inspiration to students about the cultural heritage of our country.

The Guru Purnima celebration, guided by Bri. Satwikamrita Chaitanya of M A Math, Pandalam, was a spiritually uplifting event. Her insightful talk highlighted the crucial role parents play in instilling values in their children from a young age. The occasion featured Amma's Paduka Puja, followed by a heartwarming ritual where children paid tribute to their parents. The atmosphere was filled with devotion, culminating in the distribution of Prasad to all attendees.
