Umbrella day was celebrated on 10th July 2024 in our school. In connection with umbrella day, kids came with their decorated umbrellas. UKG kids were colouring the picture of umbrellas and LKG kids did clay modelling of umbrellas. Walking with an umbrella during the drizzling was the highlight of the day and children also enjoyed an umbrella drill. The bulletin board decoration added colour to the celebration

National Doctor's Day honours the professionals for their contributions to society and community. National doctor’s day was celebrated with enthusiasm and fervor on 1 July 2024. We organized an informative session where our former student Dr. Meenu Krishna M (BAMS,DIAC )was the guest. She was warmly welcomed by our Vice Principal Sumangala Ma'am. The doctor interacted with the students of classes VII and VIII, sharing her experiences and the importance of preventive health care during the rainy season.

As a part of world day against Drug Abuse and Illicit trafficking, house wise speech competition was conducted by the social science club in our school on June 26, 2024. The program topic was ‘How Drug Abuse affects your health and future’. Students of class IX participated in the competition."

International yoga day inspires a commitment to health, peace and mindfulness throughout the year. The program was inaugurated by Ms.Dayana George (Project Coordinator, Child Helpline, Child Protection Unit Pathanamthitta) on 21 June 2024 . Reading week celebrations started on June 19, 2024, Wednesday .The day was packed with various activities. Reading day pledge was taken by the students in the morning assembly. Reading anthem by Krishnapriya Vinod Pillai of grade XII added pomp to the function.

Other programs

1. Children of classes III, IV and V actively participated in the “New Front and Back Cover Designing”. The design aimed at bringing out the creativity of students.

2. Students of classes VII and VIII participated in creating a story map of their favourite book and authors.

Our school recently hosted an engaging and inspiring Literary Competitions showcasing the diverse talents of our students in various categories including Recitation, Elocution, Extempore, Essay Writing, Versification, and Story Writing in English, Malayalam, Hindi and Sanskrit. This annual event aimed to foster a love for literature and to provide a platform for students to express their creativity, public speaking skills, critical thinking and eloquence. Literary competitions conducted on 3rd July 2024.

An investiture ceremony marks the transition from being ordinary students to becoming representatives of the school and it is the act of conferring authority. The ceremony was held on 14th June 2024.The programme began with prayer and the ceremony was formally inaugurated by our honorable Principal. Head Boy and Head Girl along with House Captains, Vice House Captains and Sports Captains were honored by our respected principal.

World Blood Donor Day was celebrated on June 14th. Poster making competition was conducted by the mathematics department. It was the housewise competition, and students of classes VIII & IX participated

A school election provides an opportunity for students to be involved in school governance and decision making through a group of democratically elected students who represent the views of all students at the school. Our School Election was held on 12th June 2024 and the students of classes I to XII cast their votes.

Our tiny tots were welcome to write"Om Hari Shri Ganapataye Namah"—to invoke Lord Ganapathi for an auspicious start to the learning process. Amrita Kindergarten reopened on June 12th with joy and inspiration. It also embarked on a new journey with inspiration and commitment. The programme started with prayer, followed by the lighting of the lamp by our Principal ma'am. After the inauguration, sweets were distributed.
