MAta, pitA, guru, daivam....

The auspicious occasion, Gurupurnima is celebrated in veneration to the great sage Vedavyas on July 21st annually. We organized the event on July 19, 2024, when our students paid obeisance to all gurus beginning with mAta and pitA. MAM, Manjeri Head, Sampoojya Swamini Varadamritaprana graced the occasion. Children imbibed insights on universal core values.

National Science Day was observed at Amrita Vidyalayam Manjeri on February 28, 2025. 7th graders actively participated in a panel discussion on the topic, "Climate Change - Is there something to worry about?" It showcased the speaking skills of our students and their confidence in presenting flawlessly. Ms. Rema Devi, Dept. of Science spoke on Science Day.

Dr. V. Narayanan, Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), visited the Ashram on Friday and took time to interact with students from Amrita Vidyalayam, Puthiyakavu. 

The students had the unique opportunity to meet and engage with one of India’s leading space scientists. Dr. Narayanan shared insights into India's space missions, the future of space exploration, and encouraged the young minds to pursue science with curiosity and dedication.
