From the field to the finish line, Sports Day 2024 at Amrita Vidyalayam, Thalassery, was a grand celebration of energy, enthusiasm, and excellence! The event, held on November 22, 2024, showcased the true spirit of sportsmanship as students competed with determination, skill, and teamwork across various athletic events.

Music has the power to inspire, heal, and bring people together. At Amrita Vidyalayam, we witnessed this magic unfold during our much-awaited Music Fest held on August 9, 2024! The event was a spectacular showcase of our students' incredible musical talent and enthusiasm. 

The Universal Shotokan Karate-Do Association organized the prestigious Karate Kata Championship Maharashtra 2025, where our talented students showcased their exceptional skills. Their hard work and dedication were rewarded with remarkable success, as three of our students secured gold medals in their respective categories. Netra Nadar (Std. V), Chinmayi Desai (Std. IV), and Ritisha Devore (Std. IV) made our school proud by achieving this incredible feat. Their victory is a testament to their perseverance, discipline, and commitment to the sport. 

 The Music Competition for the academic year 2024-2025 was held with great enthusiasm at our school. The competition took place on the 14th of February, with students from grades I to VIII showcasing their musical talents. A total of 180 students participated in the event, making it a grand success. After a rigorous selection process, 42 students were shortlisted for the second round, which was conducted on the 21st of February. From these, 21 students advanced to the final round on the 25th of February. The competition was judged by esteemed experts, including Mr.

The Unified Council Hyderabad conducted the UIEO (Unified International English Olympiad) and UCO (Unified Cyber Olympiad) in September, where our students showcased their remarkable skills. In the UIEO, several students earned medals and certificates for their outstanding performance. The winners included Sharvil Bhagwat and Rajveer Kharade from Std. I, Shreyansh Shegar, Lahhavi Dehonikar, and Aaryav Shinde from Std. II, Aaradhya Dongare from Std. III, and Adira Nair from Std. VIII. Their success reflects their dedication and enthusiasm for learning.

• As part of the Gita Jayanti celebrations at Amritapuri Ashram, Kollam, Kerala, on December 11, 2024, a special Gita painting event was held, bringing together artists to visually interpret the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita.

Amrita Vidyalayam, Kuthuparamba, celebrated National Science Day on February 28, 2025, with great enthusiasm. The day commenced with an informative speech during the morning assembly, highlighting the remarkable contributions of Sir C.V. Raman to the field of science.

Raman. The event aimed to emphasize the importance of science and its real-world applications, fostering curiosity and innovation among students. 

On February 4th, Amrita Vidyalayam observed World Cancer Day to raise awareness about cancer, its prevention, early detection, and treatment. The event aimed to educate students about the impact of cancer and the importance of a healthy lifestyle in reducing risks. 

Chocolate Day was a delightful and joyous occasion for our tiny tots, as they indulged in the richness of delicious chocolate treats. Dressed in adorable choco-themed outfits, the kindergarteners embraced the spirit of the day with enthusiasm and excitement. 

The celebration was filled with fun games, laughter, and merry-making, creating a vibrant and cheerful atmosphere. Adding a touch of sweetness, the little ones expressed their love and appreciation for their teachers by gifting them chocolates, making the day even more special.
