The UKG Re-reopening day was a joyous celebration, marking the beginning of a new academic year filled with excitement, curiosity, and growth. As the students stepped into their classrooms, they were greeted by their teachers with warm hugs and encouraging words. The little ones' eyes widened with wonder as they explored their new surroundings, discovering new toys, books, and learning materials. Amrita Vidyalayam, Thalassery joyfully observed Bicycle Day with vibrant participation from students and teachers, spreading awareness about the importance of cycling for a healthier life and a cleaner planet.

The celebration began with a special assembly highlighting the benefits of cycling - from reducing pollution to improving physical fitness. Students enthusiastically took part in poster making, and interactive sessions on road safety and sustainable transportation.

The reopening of Upper Kindergarten was filled with love and reverence, as our little ones offered prayers and received blessings. The graceful ceremony warmly welcomed new learners, marking the joyful beginning of their journey into the world of knowledge and discovery .

The reopening of Upper Kindergarten at Amrita Vidyalayam, Thalassery was nothing short of magical. The campus came alive with the laughter and excitement of little ones stepping into a new chapter of their educational journey.

Amrita Vidyalayam, Thalassery, proudly celebrated Merit Day, honoring the academic brilliance of Class X and XII toppers, along with the dedicated teachers who guided them toward success.

The event was blessed by the divine presence of Swami Amritakripanandapuri, In-charge of M.A. Math, Kannur, whose spiritual words set a serene and uplifting tone. Swamiji emphasized the importance of inner strength, humility, and value-based learning in shaping both character and intellect.

The school reopened its doors for the new academic year on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. The event was marked by great enthusiasm and excitement among students, teachers, and the entire staff. As AMMA says, "Every moment is an opportunity to start anew”. The day began with a special prayer seeking the blessings of AMMA, followed by the recitation of the Lalithasahasranamam and devotional bhajans. The new and familiar faces were welcomed with a sacred touch of sandalwood and kumkum, symbolizing peace, prosperity, and good fortune.

World Food Safety Day, observed on June 7, 2025 will highlight the significance of food safety incidents. This year's theme emphasizes the importance of being prepared for food safety incidents, regardless of their severity.

World Pest Day, also known as World Pest Awareness Day, is observed annually on June 6. This day aims to raise public awareness about the vital role that pest control plays in protecting health, food, property, and the environment.
