The Investiture Ceremony of our school was held on June 16, 2025 with great energy and enthusiasm. Sri Shafeek A., Station House Officer, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The vibrant march past by our newly elected student leaders added spirit and colour to the event.

The Kindergarten reopening ceremony was held on Wednesday, June 11th, in a warm and auspicious atmosphere. The event was blessed by the presence of Swami Gurupadasridananda Puri, In-charge of Amala Bharatham, Recycling, and Waste Management at Amritapuri. Swami Vinayakamrita Chaithanya also graced the occasion with his divine presence and blessings.

We are thrilled to celebrate the outstanding achievement of Harinarayanan A.P. from Class XI, who secured a Bronze Medal in the 6th Kerala State Amateur Kickboxing Championship (Junior K-1, 2025) held at the Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium in Kottayam. With this remarkable performance, he has also qualified for the National Level Championship.

Harinarayanan's dedication, discipline, and fighting spirit truly embody the values we uphold at Amrita Vidyalayam. We commend his hard work and wish him continued success at the entire life.   

The Merit Day celebration held on 5 June was a grand tribute to excellence, hard work, and dedication. Our Chief Guest Mrs.Binny K H, a distinguished educator’s inspiring words echoed the value of perseverance and integrity. The centum scorer, school toppers, subject toppers, and dedicated educators, the guiding lights behind the centum, were awarded for their dedication, effort, and outstanding performance. The event also featured a touching segment where toppers shared their academic journeys. The celebration concluded with a sense of pride, joy, and inspiration.

June 5th was observed as World Environment Day with the theme “Beat Plastic Pollution.” The event began with an address by our Principal Ma’am, who emphasized the importance of eliminating plastic from our lives. A special video featuring Amma’s message on environmental protection and the values we gain by conserving nature was also presented.

Amrita Vidyalayam Tanur was privileged to welcome Kavita Sudheer Ji, the esteemed All-Kerala Academic Mentor, for a transformative mentorship session. Kavita Ma'am visited the school to assess and guide the newly appointed teachers, providing them with invaluable insights and encouragement to help them achieve academic excellence in their teaching careers.

The reopening day for Pre-KG and LKG students at Amrita Vidyalayam, Pathanamthitta, was celebrated on June 11, 2025, with great joy and excitement. The session began with the ceremonial lighting of a lamp and a heartfelt prayer, establishing a positive tone for the new academic year .Our esteemed Principal addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of holistic development in early childhood education.

With Amma's divine blessings, Amritavidyalayam Thalassery observed World Day Against Child Labour on June 12th, 2025, spreading awareness on the importance of protecting childhood from exploitation and injustice.

As part of the observance, a House-wise Collage Making Competition was organized, where students beautifully depicted the message of freedom, education, and innocence through their creative art. The vibrant and thoughtful collages reflected the collective voice of the young hearts, urging the world to stand united against child labour. ️

On World Pest Day, our students visited the farm of Mr. K. Gopalakrishnan, an award-winning farmer known for his eco-friendly practices. He shared his inspiring journey and introduced Ayurvedic pest control methods that are safe for nature.

 On June 5th, our school transformed into a hub of environmental awareness and action as we joyfully celebrated World Environment Day. Mr. K. Gopalakrishnan, an environmental enthusiast and expert on plant biodiversity was the chief guest of the day. The speech by the students on the value of trees and a thought-provoking skit reminded every one the deep connection between nature and human life. The chief guest along with the principal and student leaders, participated in a tree plantation drive within the school premises.
