Outstanding Achievements in Abacus Competitions

Our talented students showcased their remarkable skills in mental arithmetic at prestigious abacus competitions. In the Edusmartinc Abacus Mental Arithmetic Program held in Mumbai on 10th February 2025, Nidhi Barhate from Std IV A secured the Regional Achiever's Prize in the B group, earning a trophy and a certificate. Another bright student, Akshada Barhate from Std VI D, achieved second rank in the 'F' category at the National Level, receiving a certificate and a trophy for her outstanding performance in mental arithmetic Grade 2 and 3.

Young Artists Shine in Pidilite Colouring Competition

In the month of September, Pidilite organized a colourful and exciting colouring competition for students from Nursery to Std IV. Our young artists eagerly participated, filling their drawings with vibrant shades and creative ideas. Their enthusiasm and dedication were truly remarkable, making the competition a wonderful experience for all.

Mithun Raj VR Achieves World Record for Relay Skating Performance

Mithun Raj VR, a Grade XII student of Amrita Vidyalayam, Tiruppur, has achieved global recognition by setting a Noble World Record. He participated in a 5-hour non-stop relay roller skating event organized by Jyoe Skating Academy.

His contribution to this endurance event, which included over 200 participants, showcased his resilience and skill. The event was officially recognized as a Noble World Record, and his achievement was recorded under Record Number IN24103289.

Prithiswaran S Achieves Global Recognition in Skating

Prithiswaran S, a Grade II student of Amrita Vidyalayam, Tiruppur, has earned a place in the International UK Book of World Records. He successfully completed a 2-hour non-stop skating marathon at the Velocity International Roller Skating Complex, Palladam.

His performance demonstrated exceptional stamina and determination. The event was officially documented by the International UK Book of World Records. His participation also promoted student safety awareness among young athletes.

Yoga Competition Enthralls Students

Our school organized a Yoga Competition for students from Std. I to VIII on 22nd February, which received an enthusiastic response. A total of 101 students participated, showcasing their flexibility, strength, and discipline in various yoga postures. The competition was divided into four groups: Std. I to III, Std. IV to VI, and Std. VII to VIII. Boys and girls actively took part, demonstrating their dedication and skill. The event highlighted the importance of yoga in maintaining a healthy body and mind.

SOF IEO: Celebrating Excellence in English

The Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) conducted the International English Olympiad (IEO) for the academic year 2024-25, providing students from Classes I to XII an opportunity to showcase their English language skills. A total of 25 students excelled in the competition, achieving the prestigious Gold Medal of Excellence. Additionally, Keyur Pratik Deshpande from Std. II displayed outstanding performance and was awarded the Gold Medal of Distinction. This achievement reflects the students' dedication and hard work in mastering the English language.
