"Stronger Together – Celebrating the Spirit of Sportsmanship!"
Amritavidyalayam Thalassery celebrated International Olympic Day on June 23rd with great enthusiasm and participation. The event aimed to promote the Olympic values of excellence, friendship, and respect, and to encourage students to embrace physical fitness and sportsmanship.

The celebration began with a motivational speech by a student, highlighting the history of the Olympic Games, the importance of fitness, and the ideals of unity and perseverance promoted by the Olympic movement.

Sowing the seeds of knowledge .

  As a part of activity based learning,  our students of Class 7 were taken on an enriching field trip to the Sugarcane Seed Farm at Kadakkad, Pandalam, where learning met real-life experience. The visit offered a unique opportunity to explore the stages of sugarcane cultivation, especially the scientific methods used in seed production.

Amrita Vidyalayam, Kuthuparamba, celebrated National Reading Day on June 19 to commemorate the contributions of Shri P.N. Panicker, the father of the Library Movement in Kerala. The programme began with a warm welcome speech by Latha Ma’am, followed by an inspiring address by the Guest of Honour, Mrs. Mridula V. M., teacher from HSS Kadachira. Students delivered speeches in multiple languages – Malayalam by Harshini (Class XII), English by Aparna Narayana (Class XI), Hindi by Anju (Class VII), and Sanskrit by Dona Noble (Class VIII).

" Yoga for one Earth, one health". Highlighting the theme of the year, International Yoga Day was observed on 21st June in our school ,to  emphasize the importance of yoga in achieving holistic well- being .The programme was inaugurated by Sri.B.C.Kutty, retd.Colonel, presided by our principal, Sri.Pranav Anil Kumar and felicitated by the Head of Mata Amritanandamayi Math, Manjeri, Swamini Varadamritaprana.

The LKG  Opening Ceremony was a grand success ,marking a remarkable start to the academic journey of our young students.The school premises and hall were beautifully decorated creating a vibrant atmosphere. The students were warmly welcomed with a traditional 'Arathy'  setting a joyful tone  for the day.Each student received a balloon and a pencil as a token of love and appreciation.A photo session was organized where each student took pictures in a selfie stand .
