Amrita Vidyalayam Koyilandy observed Hiroshima Day to commemorate the victims of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima in 1945 and to spread the message of peace, harmony, and non-violence. The highlight of the event was  speeches delivered by senior students, emphasizing the devastating impact of nuclear weapons and the need to work towards a peaceful global community. In addition to the speeches, students displayed  quotes advocating peace and disarmament.

National Handloom Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm. As part of the festivities, students from Class V to VIII embarked on a field trip to the renowned Chemancheri Handloom Centre in Koyilandy. At the center, skilled artisans warmly welcomed the students and provided a hands-on insight into the traditional art of handloom weaving. With great passion and expertise, the workers demonstrated the intricate processes involved in creating these exquisite fabrics, leaving the students fascinated and inspired.
 

Kargil Vijay Diwas is celebrated every year on July 26 to commemorate India's victory over Pakistan in the 1999 Kargil War. This year marks the 26th anniversary of the war's end.

Students from 1st to 10th standard actively participated in the event by bringing a variety of traditional food items. The fest was held in Amriteswari Hall and was judged by teachers, who awarded prizes for the best food items.

Children of Amrita Vidyalayam Koyilandy celebrated WORLD Chocolate Day. children explored different types of chocolates. The Chocolate Day celebration was a huge success, with students thoroughly enjoying the activities. It was a sweet way to learn and appreciate the richness of chocolate.

Amrita Vidyalayam Koyilandy celebrated  World  Youth skill day with enthusiasm. As a part of the celebration children of  class 10th made a robotic car. Speech highlighting the importance of equipping children with the skills needed for an employment in future.

Guru Purnima celebrations at Amrita Vidyalayam Koyilandy seem to be a significant event, honoring the revered Gurus and Mata Amritanandamayi Devi.

It's a day to express gratitude to spiritual and academic mentors, emphasizing the importance of knowledge and guidance.

Amrita Vidyalayam Koyilandy celebrated Guru Purnima on July 4th, with the Guru Paduka pooja initiated by Swami Sumedamrita Chaithanya. Around 300 parents attended, and students performed the pooja, followed by satsang and bhajan.
