Our school observed Quit India Movement Day with great intensity on August 8, 2025, marking the 83rd anniversary of the Quit India Movement of 1942. A speech was delivered, with deep gratitude to all those brave people who, under the inspiring leadership of Mahatma Gandhi , took part in the Quit India Movement. A video presentation explained the history and importance of Quit India Movement, followed by an interactive Q&A session. The observance concluded with the anthem 'Sare jahan se accha' in tribute to India’s undying spirit for freedom, unity, and justice.

The Literary Club members initiated the Ramayana month celebrations on July 18, 2025, with a traditional "Sreebodi" ceremony, bringing Sree Bhagavathy to the dias. The event commenced with the lighting of the auspicious lamp by our Principal Ma'am, Academic Advisor Bhavani Maa, Academic Coordinator Sreeja Maa, and the Literary Club teachers and student leaders.

The programme provided students with a valuable learning experience by enabling them to perform light music and various Carnatic music forms such as swarajathi and kritis with instrumental support. Improve their understanding of ragas, talas, and lyrical expressions in Indian languages and also enhance their vocal clarity, rhythm coordination, and overall stage presence. Work together as a team to gain experience in group performance and event organization. Develop a deeper connection to Indian classical traditions and cultural identity.

Incredible archers of Amrita Vidyalayam, Kannur  brought home the silver medal from the CBSE South Zone Archery Competition, and we couldn’t be prouder! Aimed with focus, competed with heart, and walked away with glory.

Meenakshy Sareesh, Arushi Krishna and Sinaya  P our talented students, have brought laurels to our school by securing SECOND PLACE for Under 17 girls category in the CBSE Archery Competition held at Trinity International School, Pune!

Today, 8th of August, we proudly celebrated QUIT INDIA DAY with the spirit of loyalty, patriotism, and commitment to the nation and its great freedom fighters. The day was commemorated with the programs. Speech by the students during assembly. Film show ( Gandihi Film) for students of class 10.Oa th taking (To uphold the values of the constitution and national integrity) by the students of class 10. The Quit India Movement was noted for wide participation, voluntary participation, and women's participation.
